- What exactly is a credit?
- One credit converts one page of about 300 words. A 12-page paper costs roughly 12 credits. We count the actual words in your document, not the rendered page count.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay on your account until you use them. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Which tools cost credits?
- Only LaTeX → Word and Word → LaTeX. Every other converter (PDF, Markdown, HTML, images, spreadsheets) is free and unlimited.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout runs through Razorpay in your browser — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Credits land on your account the moment payment is captured, and a GST-style receipt is available on the Credits page.
